@RoyalCaribbean Maybe @DAGToddBlanche should look into this pricing that’s going on. Customers are complaining all over. Biggest complaint is what I’m going through paying for 2 when it’s just me going. Pricing of the drink and dinner packages. Why don’t u just set specific prices per length?

😮 @RoyalCaribbean monitoring posts Or know they got busted for targeting me on price gouging? Switched price back to $77.99 How you can charge this much per day on top of the inflated cruise prices is insane! There’s only so much a person can drink. Cost $1-4 charge avg 10-16?

@RoyalCaribbean wow you did target me after I called & asked if you had any bundles & I stated this is very expensive. Your rep “it’s normally $97-120” you all switched the price on the beverage packaging immediately following.Price tracker. @DAGToddBlanche @SECGov price gouging?

@NotSoAngryScout Since you subtweeted me not sure which bucket you’re putting me in but your general dismissal of the value in publicly available information (like mock drafts) is fundamentally wrong. When used correctly, you actually have an excellent tool which works with the team’s own board.

This might sound crazy but... The Elite 8 starts today, and it may be the easiest one to exploit in a few years. Here’s your official $1000 parlay for today’s March Madness games:

Ran and completed my first Gate River Run. Wasn’t easy, felt like a 1pm September Jaguars home game but this is the year of no excuses. On to the next goal!

Hit me with your top daily trainer recommendations. Currently I’m on my second pair of Asics Novablast 5, which is my favorite daily shoe since Nike ZoomX Invincible 2 (sadly they butchered v3). I like something with a bit of cushion and pop. Not a fan of the basic trainers like Nike Pegasus, they are fine quality just not for me. Some models I’ve tried on •Adidas Evo SL Everyone seems to love this shoe. It felt pretty good in the store, there was just something slightly off in the fit (Adidas has been like that for me). I chose the Novablast 5 over it. Maybe I need to try it on again. •Nike Vomero (Plus) Tried both models, just “meh” for me. I love Nike racing shoes, their trainers are hit or miss New Balance and Saucony stores are on my to visit list. Several reputable brands like Puma and Mizuno I’m also interested by, just have never worn their shoes. Recommendations appreciated 👟

The absolute best part of this boring #SuperBowl is figuring out why there was 100 people dressed as plants during the #BadBunny halftime show who didn't move, except one of them wiggled to the songs. Was anyone else waiting for dancing plants? 👀 Or did I imagine it?!

@Alan_Couzens What's your thoughts and the science on adding contrast therapy to the routine to this 40 plus year old? Nutrition, supplements, hydration, slow running all already helping me keep increasing mileage past 100/month plus.

Why your recovery sucks compared to “younger you” (and what you can do about it) 👇 Ever notice how kids will just pass out after playing for a few hours? Like fully zonked… asleep in the bumpy car ride home, impossible to wake. Meanwhile, you finish a workout and lie in bed wired, unable to switch off. What’s going on? A big part of the answer is in the chart below (adapted from PMID: 25822720). As we age, our nervous system becomes less able to automatically “flip the switch” into recovery mode. We drift toward fight-or-flight dominance, and away from rest & repair. That’s a problem. Because all the good stuff happens in recovery: • muscle repair & growth • mitochondrial biogenesis • anti-inflammatory signaling • immune function If you can’t access that state easily, you miss out on all of that good stuff. Hence… recovery goes to 💩 with age. Now the good news... While these data show typical age-related changes, the individual range is huge. With deliberate effort, we can re-train the parasympathetic nervous system as we get older. But it takes… deliberate effort. More emphasis on: • low-intensity movement • time in nature • nutrition that supports recovery • stress reduction, not just stress tolerance Your recovery system doesn’t have to weaken with age. Like everything else, it just needs a little more training than it used to.

Recovery doesn’t inevitably slow down with age. Unintentional recovery does. Past 40, it stops being automatic and starts being deliberate.
