@WestJet I booked a flight and the website showed US$1,052. After redeeming my WestJet rewards pts, the price due was US$1,016. I paid. I later checked my credit card and noticed that I got charged $1,157. Support was not helpful. Feels like bait and switch. So not happy 😡.

@WestJet you are seriously robbing people in broad daylight! I am currently on the flight seat 19F flight number WS651from Toronto to Calgary. My bagpack was halfway into their "personal item case" and yet they charged me a whopping 100$ to check in. Both seats next to me empty!

@WestJet really really poor from westjet vacations. Should be fixing flights as a courtesy for us. You moved my in-laws flights from 5-12 June to 3-10 June. You moved our flights from 5-12 June to 6 Jun and NO RETURN FLIGHT. ruined our entire trip and no courtesy change of flight

@WestJet is a joke. 2.5 hour delay into dinner time (announced in 20min intervals, plus an additional delay after we boarded). Yet they don’t provide food or offer any discounts on their overpriced sandwiches. Feels like a scam, and shows a complete disregard for costumers.
