So my ‘productive Monday’ tweet was all about the pics below. Sunday evening at around 9pm I felt my chest tightening, nothing too serious. 10, 11, midnight…both arms, jaw and my upper back felt like they were being compressed, unbearable pain by 1am. Woke my wife up and asked her to drive me to the hospital. The ER staff together with the on call Cardiologist did an amazing job by getting me into theatre for an Angio and followed through with fitting a stent for a blocked artery. Surgery started at 3:29am and completed 3:41am. The Cardiologist said that I had a major heart attack which started at 9pm Sunday evening. By 3am I was literally drained and felt like giving up, not the best feeling when you think you’re slipping away and your Cardiologist is busy telling you ‘stay calm, you’re still having a heart attack’ As you can see from the scan, the top pic shows my artery is fully blocked at 3:29am, bottom pic of the same artery allowing blood flow after the stent was inserted at 3:41am. At 8am I was already discussing work and planning the days work with my teams on our WA groups, zero pain, a 5mm incision on my wrist where the stent was pushed through…Cardiologist said that I could go home👊🏽 The wonders of modern tech and experienced medical teams🙏🏽 Thanks to all the dedicated admin staff, nurses, Cardiologist and the theatre team at Life Fourways Hospital for saving my life❤️

@JamieFretwell Thinkware U3000 would be my favoured one. We have Thinkware in a lot of our vehicles and supply them to a lot of our customers. The other one to look at is the BlackVue DR900X, both of these are 4K and both are available with rear cameras.

Bit of road rage this morning. BMW driver decided he absolutely had to get past me at the lights, then drove me into the kerb when the lanes merged, and then stopped his car to swear at me. I’m quite shaken up as I had my kids with me. Can anyone recommend a decent dash cam?
