As part of the early EOS community i had a front row seat. Great timing with the years long ico. The Times Square billboard was a nice touch. The eosio software probably cost like 50k to build. Lot’s of talented people in the early ecosystem. Biggest issue with EOS was the flawed resource model. The expectation was app developers were going to pay the bill. If EOS had just been pay per transaction it would have been a big success. Also the focus on governance was a deterrent. Eos missed the boat on both nfts and memecoins.
