@EllenBarkin They aren't. Pretty much every special election post 2024 has gone to the Democrats and the ones that went to Republicans were by margins significantly lower than Trump's vote share in 2024. Trump is only winning on endorsements in closed primary states.

If trump’s popularity is in the toilet, if his own party is finally fed up with his overt criminality, if he tells us he does not give one fuck about how his constituency feels or eats, or lives, how are they still winning elections? why?
