Man was created on EARTH and not any other planet. To travel to most other planets, much less stars would require more energy than the whole earth can muster.
Not adding the fact that the human body cannot sustain or survive well outside this ecosystem.

Meta collects our data and uses it streamline and maximize ad revenue…which just happens to be its primary source of income.
Does it do anything else that is profitable?
Ad revenue will dry up yet meta will continue to exist because the data will still be collected

I'm not gonna lie, the @Meta layoffs are some of the most dystopian I've ever seen. They got told to work from home, they were sent the emails at 4AM in the morning. Those who weren't impacted have software on their computer that tracks their every move, preparing AI to take their job as well. They're literally training the AI that will eliminate their position as well. Meanwhile, Meta is raking in RECORD PROFITS. I am a massive, unapologetic AI enthusiast. Yet, this is NOT the future I had in mind. I wish for Meta to crash and burn. This is not the way. Literally nobody benefits from this.

The claim, "nicotine harms developing brains" first appeared in the 2014 US Surgeon General Report, "The Health Consequences of Smoking." Is this harm claim true? Action on Smoking & Health UK is a respected evidence-focused non-profit with no industry ties. ASH UK disagrees with this now-widespread harm claim. And 15 past-Presidents of the world's top professional society in the field of Tobacco Control agree with ASH UK. They call the "brain harm" claim "speculative" because there is no human evidence. I have to point out: (1) If nicotine harmed developing brains, 1 in 3 living US adults over the age of 40 would have brain harms from smoking in their teens. THEY DON'T. (2) 60% of young men returning from WWII would have had brain harms from smoking cigarettes in their K-rations. THEY DIDN'T. To be blunt: This is an invented harm. For the first time, the original Pakistani cypher — cable I-0678, the document that triggered the removal of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan — released in full by Drop Site.
The classified document, known as a cypher, shows that State Department diplomats had threatened in 2022 that Pakistan would suffer greatly if Khan remained in office, but that “all would be forgiven” if he were removed in a no-confidence vote.
The Biden administration was infuriated over Khan’s refusal to grant rights for U.S. drone bases in Pakistan, as well as his neutral stance on the Russia-Ukraine war.

I don’t believe in curses or sports being rigged but it’s tremendously difficult being a Buffalo sports fan. No major championships and countless heartbreaking defeats. The numbers say it’s harder to win championships in the modern era than back in the day due to how large professional sports leagues have grown. Having only two teams and being in a small market makes it even more difficult to breakthrough. Makes you wonder if it’ll ever happen in our lifetimes. But our love for the Sabres and Bills is why we continue to watch. As they say, there’s always next year!

@VinDeStefano1 Bills lost in a single game OT with majority of the game being running time. In a sport notoriously influenced by individuals aren’t playing it.
Sabers lost a 7 game series = 7hrs 11 mins and 22 seconds of stop time…not running time.
It did not come down to 1 play.
