If people are too stupid to stand trial, maybe they are too stupid to stand on a train.
Low IQ and dangerous should not be allowed on the streets.
Prosecute him anyway.
And impose the maximum sentence.

@votehimoutinnov @P_bogan I saw a Magistrate we used to refer to as 007 because she gave out so many bonds, soon as their was a camera crew she started to slot people with minimal criminal records for six months for minor assaults.

But then I’ve also seen numerous cases where legal teams have delayed a case because they knew the way the assigned judge thinks and thus how the verdict would go. It isn’t a perfect system in so many ways. You and I won’t solve it though. GTG, enjoyed the chat 🤝

You know the $2 million a ship toll proposal headline? That's for supertankers, = $1 a barrel i.e. not outrageous. The world lets US/Israel "decimate" Iran without penalty, it could pay a small toll towards recovery. Remember Albo rushed to back the war.

I missed out on the chance of a promotion last year. My hopes pushed further out b/c of whistleblowing etc. While some fellas get it easy, this has been my journey through academia. Ex high school drop out and cert III TAFE alum. Nepotism and cronyism has no place in academia.

The main reason Britain is not speaking German is the RAF, Royal Navy and British Army.
The Army held off the Germans and made it out of Dunkirk, the Navy was far stronger than Germany’s, and the RAF won the Battle of Britain.

She has recently been bailed following months on remand since she was charged in November 2025. Can you imagine a man in this situation being given bail?

It’s set to cost over a trillion dollars, it’s not delivering the reliable energy we need to grow the economy, and families are paying the price through higher power bills. On top of that, it’s chewing up valuable farming land and won’t make a difference to global temperatures at all. These industrial-scale projects have become a taxpayer-funded racket. A One Nation government would be quick to pull the plug on funding. Enough is enough. And at the ballot box, voters should send a clear message to any candidate backing these outrageous, failed projects.
