it's a bittersweet feeling but I'm taking a break from web3. I've been feeling lost and indecisive on what I want to do - bouncing around like a fucking pinball machine. I have to be better. For my future and for my partner's future. I'm committing and putting my full attention on a web2 opportunity - and hopefully one day in the future I'll be back. thankyou for the support, I fucking love you all.

@harleyf despite a specialised team marking it as high urgency, 1 business week later with no updates. please help
aussienftguy@AussieNftGuy

hi @harleyf @ShopifySupport does nothing to help so I am reaching out here. originally we had $80,000 on hold for 2 weeks which was released and payouts were enabled for 3-4 days we received payouts per usual then all of a sudden another hold, and now the store has $150,000 held. we have waited 3 weeks for this recurring issue to be fully resolved. the brand has 2,500 orders and 1-2 chargebacks. i dont understand why your specialized teams take 2-3 weeks to resolve issues like this.

If you're 18-25 and feel like everyone else is printing money online except you This is going to piss you off Because the solution has been right in front of you the whole time: We live in a time where you can literally get paid to learn how to build a million-dollar business Felix just proved this He spent 3 years and $20,000 trying to "figure out marketing" on his own. Sure, he learned a bit about marketing, but in reality he got nowhere. Then he did something different: He joined @ecomtalent, combined marketing with video editing, learned how to make ads, and got hired by an ecom brand in 30 DAYS Now he's GETTING PAID to see exactly how successful brands operate from the inside Everyone wants to be an "entrepreneur" from day one. Start an agency. Launch a dropshipping store. Be their own boss. And I kind of get it. Being 21 and telling people you make ads for someone else's brand doesn't sound as sexy as "I'm an entrepreneur" But you know what's less sexy? Being a broke entrepreneur who doesn't know what they're doing. So why the fffffffuck🤌 would you start from zero when you can literally GET PAID to learn the game first? Just think about it You want to build an ecom brand? Cool. Option A: Start from scratch, burn through your savings by testing shitty ads because you have no real skills, fail 10 times, maybe figure it out Option B: Learn a skill that ecom brands need (video editing, design, copywriting, creative strategy), get hired by a successful brand, watch how they scale, absorb everything, get paid while you learn, improve your skills in the meantime Then when you know how the game actually works AND have capital saved up, you make your move And honestly making ads for ecom brands is THE PERFECT entry point to make money online right now Because there's zero room for bullshitting. Your ads either make money or they don't. That brutal feedback loop forces you to get good FAST. No hiding behind certificates or courses. Just pure results. Within months, you'll know more about selling online than people who've been "entrepreneurs" for years Because you're in the trenches every day. Testing. Learning. Getting paid to master the only skill that matters - making people buy stuff. Imagine being able to sell any product to anyone. Imagine being so good at marketing and making ads you could join a brand today and double their revenue within a few months. Imagine having the skill to turn any decent product into a money printer. Now imagine what you could do for YOUR business with that skillset. But first you have to acquire that skillset. You have to go through the learning period. And the crazy thing is, you can get paid while doing so. And if you start today, you're obviously gonna suck. And that's fine. But if you stay consistent and actually give a shit about getting better? A year from now you'll have the skills, the capital, AND the knowledge to build whatever you want While everyone else is still watching YouTube videos trying to "figure it out" Get paid to learn → Stack skills → Build your empire In that order.

Most dropshippers will never build a real sustainable brand because they're allergic to investing Always chasing immediate ROI - works at $300k/mth, kills you at $3M+/mth The dropshipper curse: - Hiring cheap talent, then wondering why the team isn't scaling the store - Running Kalo rips until DMCA nukes your store - "Finding cheaper options" that cost 10x more in wasted time 1 Ad Account Ban/1 Shopify DMCA = Back to zero, nothing compounds Meanwhile, the 40 year old brand owner moves too slow, expecting magic from outsourced teams. No experience in the trenches. You need both: Dropshipper Speed & Execution + Brand Owner Infrastructure & Mindset One of my students just paid his creative strategists $70k/mth (% ad spend) Most of ya'll will say that's way too much But they helped him scale a new brand from 0 to $100k/day in less than 7 days Pretty good ROI if you ask me But you'll try to find someone "cheaper" and get 1/100th the results And I have a few students who did DS for years and are now doing $10M months after transitioning to proper brands And that's with 15%-20%+ net margins Custom products with IPs, team in place, omnichannel, etc Some even have in-house legal counsel for compliance at that scale While you're restarting store #47 after yet another store died You can still make a ton of profit front-end with a brand, and build a vehicle that compounds and potentially exit later down the line But you need to start thinking longer term and be willing to invest without immediate ROI A new creative strategist may be trash the first month, but maybe you invested in them and trained them up, and by month 3, they can start producing banger ads That program you invested in may not have helped you scale in month 1, but maybe in month 4, as the knowledge and skills compound, things start to click You cheaping out and needing an ROI for every $ spent costs 100x more in lost opportunity Your mindset needs to EVOLVE Long-term growth > short-term ROI

Average 19 year old dropshipper - tested 100+ products, knows what works and what doesn’t - has built 50+ stores and can create stuff in a day that agencies would charge $50k+ for - knows breakthrough advertising by heart and can convince your mum to buy anything - thousands of hours of graphic design and video editing - handled thousands of customer service tickets personally and knows how to manage expectations and keep refunds low - Can scale an ad account better than most people who get paid to do it - Learned how to stay lean, manage cashflow and scale a business without funding Average 30 year old ‘brand founder’ - lent some money - paid people to do everything There is a large skill gap in Ecom and I honestly feel if some of these dropshipping kids had access to the same capital / credit the guys in the startup world have they would absolutely wipe the floor with them Unfortunately most dropshippers never make the leap into really trying to reinvest a lot of their profits into building something for the long term. The ones I know who have are running rings around your favourite Twitter gurus

Last Q4 we scaled an Ecom brand to $700k in 1 day Most of you won't even hit $100k I'm breaking down exactly what we did differently in this video. It comes down to 4 decisions we made differently than everyone else. Q4 starts in 33 days ⬇️
