@PrimeLocation I cannot use the 'Filters and Key words' search facility because the 'Save' or 'Apply' button (presumably it is described on your website by using one of those words) does not appear on my screen.
@OCInsuranceUK I have 2 motor insurance policies through you and need to talk to someone about them. The portal does not enable me to solve my problem. How do I contact you?
@OCInsuranceUK I have tried to log in to the customer portal but can't. It seems I've forgottem my password. There is currently no option to click that says 'Forgotten your password'. How do I contact you?
@HuntersTES left a voice message on Thursday 15th of July at 11.35 ish requesting a call back. Not heard a thing. Is this normal service at Hunters in Louth?
@RoyalMail are you sending texts advising the following:
"PostOffice: We tried to deliver your parcel yesterday but nobody was in. Please book an alternative date via: postoffice-depot76.com"
@grimoldbyschool In mid Feb I offered to donate brand new books to the school with a value of around £300, emailed to follow-up as my offer got no reply, rang twice and each time been told that they'd get Antonia Brooks to contact me. I have heard nothing. Puzzled. Truly puzzled.
@nsandi Been trying to 'Cash In' some savings and your system has not allowed me to do so. An "error" allegedly. It is far more likely that this error has occurred only because I'm withdrawing money as this has happened previously. Shame on you. I'll withdraw the lot
@SwanBrandUK
Swan microwave. Less than 1 year old when it started going rusty.
Swan blamed us, alleging that it has been misused. Imagine that. After 30 years of using microwaves (never had a problem) it now seems we are incapable of using one properly.
@OCInsuranceUK You gave me a quote 3 weeks ago for car insurance. I want to act on it. Why it took 25 mins on your Live Chat this morning to get no further is staggering. You have all the necessary details. Car Reg ACH 73
How about this as a stocking filler for Xmas? Great for children aged 2-7.
It's my debut book and is a rhyming story about the adventure of an elephant and a gnu. You can buy it online via Waterstones.
@NewcastleCC would have much better relationships with their council tax payers if the some of the people answering tel number 0191 211 6102 learned to be listen more and talk less
@Austen1148 Hi Austen, I'm Lynne. I'm sorry you can't access your account. Can you give more info on what happens? How are you trying to access it? Thanks.
@nsandihelp Yes Tom. There was a glitch. It prevented me from withdrawing money via your website. I rang, waited about 20 mins to be put through, 'Linda' couldn't help, so I asked for someone to contact me when the glitch was sorted. Not heard anything and I'm STILL unable to withdraw.
@Austen1148 Hi Austen! Unfortunately, we are unable to deal with account-specific requests through our Twitter. Was there an issue with the phone call you made to us? Tom.
@nsandihelp - On Tuesday this week I was unable to withdraw funds via the online system. I rang, waited about 20 mins. Spoke with 'Linda' at around 15.25 who advised me that there was a problem. Perhaps someone can listen to that call and contact me.
@Dyson We spent £800 on a cordless vacuum 18 months ago. It has stopped working. To fix it, your service dept made a recommendation based on what my wife thought the problem was. She is now struggling to put the new part on the vac. The wait time to talk to service is 71 minutes.
@HSBC Is there a problem with internet banking? I have tried to pay a bill but the system tells me the payee details are wrong. I've checked with the payee and they're not. So I've tried to send the money to another account. Same result.
@HSBC I have tried 3 times to pay a bill (checked the account details with the payee) but each time the online banking system tells me I have entered the wrong details. So I've now tried to pay the money in to another account in another name. Same result. Is there a problem?
@EastLindseyDC Do I need to be paying business rates to be eligible for a small business grant under Covid 19? We are a small limited company (2 employees) with an office in our home and don't have an 'Account Reference' as per the request on the Small Business Grant Fund form.
