This is what I mean. Space is properly sized & simulated in this game. Planets & moons have their own orbital systems as physically expected in proximity to the star, & are distanced far apart in space, respecting factors like goldilocks zones, gas giant and moon theories, etc

@megbasham Let's be clear too. Sam Allberry lied. Twice. First, he lied by not disclosing the relationship at the time of his hiring. Then, he lied by not disclosing the full nature of it in 2024. Reasonable hypothesis: he's lying again, and it's far worse than is being let on.

There have been doctrinal issues with this church and its pastor for some time now, treating the sin of same sex attraction as a special sort of sin, which need only be half crucified. It was not necessarily clear that this was how the bad doctrine would work itself out, but it was going to show bad fruit in some way eventually.

@TerriGreenUSA Respectfully, you have no idea what it is like for someone who has an undesired attraction to the same sex. Even when undesired, it can still happen.

It’s a lie of Satan to say that a person is born gay. Some of Allberry’s talks are about him being okay with identifying as a same-sex attracted male for most of his life. Sam made a video for living out loud. If we know Jesus as Lord, if we repent, if we claim he has changed us, sanctified us, given us a new heart, then why would he leave the desire in Sam? We must mortify sin. This is where Allberry’s argument falls apart. Adopting this label defines oneself by sin and is fundamentally incompatible with Christian identity.
