@Jendaffin I just walked round my village today and immediately felt safe. Talking to people connecting and having a heart to heart. This IS giving people safety in themselves is having community

The absolute SHAMBLES of delivering a budget that didn't mention the 16 MILLION disabled people in the country Don't worry though, only a whopping 27% of disabled people live in poverty #Budget #Budget24

The slogan at Auschwitz concentration camp. "Arbeit macht frei" means "Work sets you free". Auschwitz was one camp of many where Jewish people, disabled people, mentally ill people and gay people were worked to death and exterminated by the Nazis.

This country is a mess in so many ways. I don’t remember ever feeling this as I grew up. I even felt some pride in it. Maybe it’s me, maybe I’ve changed… but now I just feel constantly sullied by it.

In 2017 the Uk was found to be systematically violating disabled peoples rights by the UN convention - if that is found on March 18th to still be occurring with no improvement, could I as a disabled person seek refugee status in another country? #NoMoreBenefitsDeaths

The lengths people have to go to taper off these drugs: "So the next few months saw me opening up the capsules and separating out the white powder with a credit card, as if I was taking lines of cocaine."

#Pregabalin is in the news again, and everyone should know about the problems that CAN happen with this drug when prescribed for 'anxiety'. Here's my piece in @Telegraph @markhoro @DrDavidHealy @JDaviesPhD @AngiePeacockPDT @ReadReadj @joannamoncrieff telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness…

Same an awful point of contact at my gps would not let me talk to a go but a healthcare assistant. I had a bloodclot in my leg and needed emergency treatment. Could have been fatal. I feel like I’m living in a third world country. I was born and raised here. How can I not access healthcare just because I have a disability!?!?

I'm struck by the current inaccessibility of the NHS, today in a waiting room I had to watch two elderly people being told how they can only get there prescriptions now on an app - they didn't even knwo what an app was. Then there's the struggle of calling at 8am, 1/2

Both SSRI and antipsychotics are extremely harmful and shrinks don't know anything about this. I wonder if these drugs are gonna be regarded as barbaric by the humans from the future or if ignorance on this issue will reign.
