EMPD BRIGADIER LINKED TO CAT MATLALA BACK AT WORK Back In 2023 we published an article about an EMPD Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi who was returned to work following his suspension by the municipality for abuse of his position of authority and gross dishonesty, as well as abuse of resources of the city and insubordination. Mkhwanazi had allegedly handed blue lights to his friends. It is also alleged that Mkhwanazi drafted documents giving a Pretoria security company CAT- VIP Protection owned by Vusimuzi "CAT" Matlala permission to use blue dash light vehicles from the council. it is also alleged that his investigation was abandoned for no apparent reason. The question is, who gave permission for the investigation to be dropped?

There's very little talk about this, but the smell of Sulphur is very noticeable in Johannesburg and Pretoria. There was also a clearly visible smog in the air earlier today. Anyone know if a manufacturing plant or factory is responsible? @CilliersB @CityTshwane
