I own two duplexes and I’ve had amazing tenants so stress is minimal but even a call about a running toilet drives me nuts as I have a full time job abd full time family Though my friends with 8+ family apartments love it because rents are enough to pay a mgmt company which makes it all so much easier

I asked my followers, "If you've owned rental properties, is the stress worth the return?" 95% of people said no.
