Just been on my FaceBook memories. This is my pal Avril. She was a champion body builder for years but I could still whup her arse 😆😆😆. She is about 8 inches talker than me. I'm just a wee 5'5incher lol. Pals for about 45 years. She's a good human x

@imccrossan1 Oh god yes. My papa died the night before my sons birthday. I didn't know until the morning of his death. Papa made candles for the Legi5. He believed in the UK. I suspect he wouldn't be so proud of me now lol but I will love him always. I send you warmth and remembrance 💙

Feel like I need a cuddle today. The rest of mums ashes got spread at Hunstanton yesterday by my 2nd elder brother and his wife. She loved it there. Finally resting. It's over now mum. Back to your dad who adored you so much ⚘️

@imccrossan1 Still haven't got the pathology results. Then mum was a child she got TB. My papa used to cycle miles after a day down the pits to be with her. It took years for her to recover. My papa is my hero to this day. He was a P.O.W in Japan. Some of her ashes lie with him xxxx
