The BOMBSHELL testimony of the day was when the grandmother said the day that #AthenaStrand went missing she texted Tanner to keep an eye out for her because she’s missing!!! I don’t know about anyone else but I had no idea that was coming. Monday the defense has a final expert witness and then they’ll rest their case. The state is expected to call 2 experts in rebuttal. We should have closing arguments on Tuesday. I want to thank all of you that have been following my cliff notes in the #TannerHorner trial. I hope you like, share and follow.

#TannerHorner trial never fails to shock me. Defense witness "Doctor" Julian Davies... wow. Money talks, and says all kinds of BS on the witness stand, it seems. Sickening! The D.A. Stainton (sp?) is doing a phenomenal job dismantling every defense expert line by line!

Imagine getting in a time machine and going back to 1776 and telling the Founding Fathers that the King would one day be reminding America about the importance of democracy and our checks and balances. That is the timeline we’re living in.

The case is now fully briefed and all that's left for the attorneys at this point, is oral arguments, assuming the Court grants the request. When this story broke back in 2022…I was immediately drawn to it. It was potentially one of the most horrifying tales that I had ever heard of, and I’ve heard some doozies. I immediately wanted to try and figure out if Lucy Studey was telling the truth about her claims of what her father had done when she was child. I reached out to her and she responded and for the next year and a half I helped her chase her ghosts. Her sister Susan was adamant the Lucy was lying , that she was hoodwinking everyone in order to score a payday. I heard Susan out, I discussed Susan’s contentions at length with Lucy…yet, I still couldn’t be sure of what the truth was. I see now that a documentary is dropping on Paramount at the end of April…now I think is a good time to start sharing what I learned.
