@CBSScottWhite "Natrone Means business" was a joke in the 80's with the football player Natrone Means. It was on TV commercials iirc. That might be why you don't get credit for that joke with John Means.

@CBSScottWhite I think your Merrill>Wood call is interesting. But don't you think lineup context majorly favors Wood? Merrill hits low in the order and is likely to stay there because of poor splits. Wood is hitting 3rd/4th and hits lefties well so far.

@EricCross04 Seems very possible but by no means inevitable. Vlad hits the ball way harder (by max exit velo and HH%) and has a lot less swing and miss. Neither are even 26 yet and aging could change the picture a lot.

I wonder how long until Casas > Vlad Jr is a universal thought process like I was saying all offseason.
