Very disappointed with the support from SHARE UAE over the last 3 months. My issue remains unresolved despite countless follow-ups. Same scripted replies every time, no ownership, no proper updates, and no official emails sent. #SHARE #UAE #CustomerService

@ShareTheRewards 3 months and still no resolution. SHARE card is linked to my wrong SHARE ID. SHARE keeps asking me to contact the bank, while the bank asks me to contact SHARE. No solution, no follow-up, no official email. Extremely poor customer service. #SHARE #UAE

@ENBDdeals 3 months and still no resolution. My SHARE card was issued and shows in the app but never delivered. Wrong card linked to my SHARE ID, and both sides keep blaming each other with no solution, follow-up, or official email. #UAE

@EmiratesNBD_AE Hi, I applied to convert my credit card on 7 Feb (Ref: 233157063283). Card approved and visible in app on 27 Feb, but still not delivered. Called support multiple times and learned the request was closed without completion. Pls check your DM/inbox assist urgently.
