Mirra Health Care, LLC in Brooksville held contracts with three Florida HMOs, Secure, Solis, and Ultimate, to handle core administrative work: member enrollment, claims adjudication and payment, utilization management, and grievances/appeals. The majority of those enrollees are in chronic condition special needs plans, dual-eligible special needs plans, and institutional special needs plans. These are not healthy folks. They are the patients who need the system to work. Instead Mirra delegated the work without the required advance written approval from the HMOs and without any contractual mechanism for immediate termination. When the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation examined them, Mirra could not even produce all the offshore contracts. Commissioner Mike Yaworsky called the practices “extremely reckless” and issued an immediate suspension of Mirra’s certificate of authority. The data is now in the hands of foreign entities beyond Florida’s regulatory reach, exposing protected health information with no quick way to shut it down. Patient data that isn't secure becomes the data necessary for Medicare and Medicaid fraud. This is the predictable result of the same cost-cutting, compliance-light incentives that drive offshoring across healthcare administration while domestic pipelines for American-trained staff stay capped and restricted. We often see PERM postings with 100% remote work at a much higher rate than you see regular job listings but we couldn’t figure out why… This post put it into perspective - while on OPT, being remote allows you to pick your location and thus your wage level - a higher wage level means higher chance of being picked in H-1B lottery and makes passing the PWD easier. PERM ads describe current job conditions of the position which is why then the remote OPT job would turn into a remote PERM job. Ain’t it great to be on OPT? Remote work and no FICA taxes - the American dream but only if you’re NOT a citizen.

The SPCL case is 100% a product of the Trump 47 DOJ - there is 0% chance this was already underway prior to Jan. 2025. The statistics on how their skillset is lower than our grads. How they are hired while Americans are laid off so they can set up their kickback systems. How they have fake credentials and teams working back in India handling sensitive corporate data. How there are many of them shamelessly sharing their identity while people are noting that different people sharing identities are seen at workplaces. How they are facilitating each other in jobs, housing, workplaces, side jobs, and outright criminal activities in a well connected operation. Where IZZAT demands they cover for one another. How their companies lobby for contracts going exclusively to H1B and visa heavy employers align directly with lobbyists contributing to the campaigns of the politicians awarding the contracts. That is why you suddenly need 200 more dedicated folks to investigate the fraud and we know once you get into discovery its going to blow the top off of anything else going on right now. You likely need more than that and possibly need to just station personnel on the jobsites. Will you have the guts and moral fortitude to follow through on your discoveries? That is the question.

Just so people understand....this is how the dems kept the black vote for decades. Because mail-in ballot fraud is a universally accepted problem except for blue and purple states in the USA. Why do we think the voting begins in September? Because time is needed to collect them from “low propensity” people who wouldn’t go vote otherwise.

The Charlottesville news would have been nice yesterday or last week. That being said-- modern elections that are on the margins are won with effective Get Out The Vote (GOTV) operations. Face-to-face conversations and relationships built over months of interacting with low propensity (less likely) voters. You can not leave it to the Democrats to simply chase more votes than you. It is not rocket science.
