@BandQ U provided the WORST SERVICE in the WORLD. U took my order & money when u didn't have the stock to deliver. U caused me a lot of inconvenience &I am grossly out of pocket. What r u going to do about that? Customer Service team can't contact Croydon store & neither can I.

4 dates provided to me by @BandQ Customer Support since 3 May. All of which I’ve made arrangements to stay home for. Today only part of the return was collected by DX couriers. Why @BandQ did you advise the courier’s to only collect 1 item!

@BandQ customer support is really bad. Trying to return faulty and poor quality items since 2nd May and they just don’t seem to be able to or want to process it. I would never advise purchasing something via online shopping with @BandQ

@BandQ Order 1063944756 was due 19 May and never arrived. I’ve called 3 times, been promised callbacks, and nobody has contacted me. Customer services say they “can’t get hold of the store”. This is costing me money on an active job. Please resolve urgently.

@BandQ If I take the brackets to a store with part of the order missing, will they refund me? How do I prove that a box of 3 brackets was supposed to be a box of 6 brackets with screws?

@BandQ absolute nightmare ordering from you. Late delivery and items missing. I have rang your help line 3 times. Apparently the supplier does not believe items were missing from the order, and I have been asked to take a photograph of 'missing items'. So fed up.

@BandQ Can you confirm that children's sandpit play sand sold by yourselves in the last couple of months is free from asbestos? There is a lot of concern at the moment about asbestos contamination in play sand, with some LA's advising all play sand be disposed of as unsafe.

Hi @BandQ - we have been told that we MUSTN'T remove the plastic seal before fitting the loo seat or we won't be able to bring it back if there's a problem. Fine. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE INSIDE THE PLASTIC SEAL.

Real palaver from @BandQ . Incorrect goods delivered. But they won’t collect them for a week and they wont send correct goods until they reprocessed the return. So it will be another week after that before correct goods received. Why not send new goods when you pick up old ones
