Is there any research on company outcomes based on how the founding team met? I’d be curious to compare
1) childhood/school friends
2) significant others
3) previous coworkers
4) totally random
I would guess 3 is most common and outperforms, but that’s just a hunch

@nikillinit @noamwass It does. If I recall it was something along lines of: ex-coworkers (best) > classmates > family/partners (worst stability/exit valuation). Founders dilemma (his 1st book) includes some of that data.
