@ZimetbaumP and I had a great outcome for our patient @BIDMChealth w/ #pacemaker +MSSA bacteremia w/ 2x2cm right atrial mass: #ICE imaging essential to direct #alphavac & remove mass with one single manual aspiration. Given PFO, this greatly enhanced safety of lead extraction!

Nice redo post-infarct case - given prior inferior infarct we explored the epicardial space and found nice WADLs and channels seen from multiple points of view: sinus, RV pacing, and LV pacing. @davilandre, @fritzstabenau , @BIDMC_VT , #ablateVT
