Yesterday I spoke at a roundtable hosted by the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Responsible Business – a cross-party group of MPs and Peers co-chaired by @hbaldwin and @MartinWrigley. My message was clear: the UK is becoming a dumping ground for goods made by forced labour and needs stronger laws to tackle forced labour in supply chains. I set this out in my recent report, with a blueprint for reform, including model legislative proposals. Accountability, enforcement, and action. Now is the time to act.
