Supporting Neurodiversity at Work - Business in the Community (bitc.org.uk)

18-25 March 2024 is Neurodiversity Celebration Week. Neurodiverse jobseekers are a crucial target group for many Opening Doors employers: 23 of the 70 signatories have committed to supporting those with disability/neurodiverse barriers back into work.

On 9 May, BITC will launch the findings of our innovative research project, Opening Doors: What Works. This event is open to members and non-members of BITC. The event has been designed to benefit HR Directors, Talent Managers, EDI Director and those who work in recruitment.

On Tuesday, 30th January 2024, the team will hold its first Opening Doors online forum of the year. Focused on Anonymised Recruitment, the 60-minute event will allow employers to discuss the challenges and opportunities of anonymised recruitment with their peers and BITC advisors
