Question for @BOS311, if I call in a report would it still be added to what I can find on the app? I didn’t ask for the tracking # but don’t see a case recently opened or closed in that area. @Roxbury_ONS

Second time this week my @Tesla on autopilot has fallen into the same giant pothole & blown out the front tire. Beware. Autopilot needs to detect potholes & the city needs to fill them @CityOfBoston

This is beacon hill in #Boston… right near Myrtle Street playground steps away from children. I know the south end & other places have been getting a ton of attention because of crap like this, but Beacon Hill needs that attention too. Figure it out, @MayorWu @CityOfBoston !!!

@MrMosley234 @MassGovernor @MayorWu The Department of Conservation and Recreation would handle any clean-up efforts along Storrow Drive. Any issues can be reported directly at (617) 626‑1250. This issue has already been reported to the state and you can always call 311 and we will pass the flag along to the state.

Why doesn’t the BPW clean up under the overpasses on Storrow so that the debris doesn’t clog the culvert every time it rains? This seems like common sense? @MassGovernor @MayorWu

@brighton02135 @MayorWu @LizBreadon You're right. The Boston Rodent Action Plan (boston.gov/rats) is our citywide effort to reduce the rat population. Brighton was identified as a Priority Action Neighborhood in the plan. You can report rat sightings by calling 311 or using the BOS:311 app. Thank you.

@CityOfBoston The recycle driver threw paint on my sidewalk. I have the video, the damage to my fence with paint splash in it and my recycle bin that clearly shows no pain in the barrel! Send someone to clean 🧽 it up!!
