I want refund of balance Annual plan charges which were not consumed. ₹14500 were available as credit balance. These plan charges should be made available in my customer ID in registered mobile number.

@JioCare I had relocated my Jio fiber connection but even after this, Jio is not giving any refund of my old plan balance. This is how Jio company cheats its customers. This company has not refunded my ₹14500 for which I will go to consumer court for refund.

@JioCare I had paid yearly plan amount out of which ₹14500 was remaining balance when I shifted my connection. Why Jio wants to keep money which does not belong to the company. This amounts to cheating for services not given.

@JioCare I had raised relocation request from mobile app which you can check at your end and my connection was disconnected after my relocation request. I got a new connection at new place due to this request. Hence, I had followed the process. You can check the request and messages.

@JioCare You are trying to divert the issue by repeating same thing. I have mentioned that earlier connection and new connection was installed with same registered mobile number of 9811858192. Earlier number was 01662-355729 and new number is 022-31978568. You can check again all trails.
