Damn, what a huge disgrace. The Colorado Governor just granted clemency to election denier Tina Peters, who was guilty of tampering with election equipment. I'm sorry, but isn't THAT the very thing MAGA loves to accuse Democrats of? But it's OK, as long as it's for trump? I'm sick of this bullshit.

The Chinese applied their tricks on Trump, giving him a smaller chair than the one the Chinese president sits on! The discomfort on Trump's face is obvious, as Xi appears to be a head taller!

Scott MacFarlane slams the legacy media over its handling of January 6 coverage MacFarlane: I’ve said before, and I’ll say again, that legacy media owns some of the blame for the lying about January 6th—platforming demonstrably false information, lies about the Capitol insurrection, giving Trump an unchallenged platform at times to say the 2020 election is rigged, to say the January 6th rioters were political patriots or heroes, and to allow his surrogates to do the same. The Republicans here in Washington at the Capitol down the road—they’re silent generally about January 6th. They won’t defend it declaratively. Most of them won’t. They know it’s wrong. They were hiding for their lives or running for their lives that day. They know it was wrong; they just don’t say anything about it. They let the malignant lies go unchecked. Legacy media has done the same. They have not counterpunched effectively or efficiently against the lies about January 6th. They own some blame for the idea that $1.7 billion in taxpayer money would pay off January 6 rioters. It really is a malignant lie that didn’t get counterpunched effectively. There were a few of us—really talented reporters—and me who covered the January 6 prosecutions, who were in the courtrooms for those hearings. Sometimes there was only a few of us. Sometimes I was alone in the room, and that was negligence by mainstream media, who should have marshaled more resources, more time, more manpower, more energy toward covering the largest criminal prosecution in American history—the 1,500-plus January 6 cases. Just guys like me scrapping in the courtroom, running outside on our phones to tell you what happened. The legacy linear media let the story die. They let it atrophy. They allowed the space and the void for Trump to step in and try to rewrite it, to craft a different narrative, to flat-out lie. They left that space by underresourcing January 6th reporting. It’s really a cardinal sin to not put more time, money, and manpower into covering what I think was the defining criminal case of modern American democracy—and the first attack on the U.S. Capitol since the early 1800s.

I woke up to a message from New Hampshire. A bill had made it to the state Senate — one that Representative Julie Miles championed after watching me do peer-to-peer calls with insurance reviewers who weren't qualified to be making decisions about my patients. I'm a surgeon in Texas. I had no idea this had traveled that far. Between cases at Redbud today, I fired off emails to NH Senate members, logged into a YouTube Live, and watched HB 1554 pass. Here's what it does: ✅ Requires peer reviewers to be actual peers — credentialed, named, with their NPI number and specialty certification on the line ✅ Allows physicians to communicate with that peer reviewer at any point in the prior auth process — not just after a denial or on appeal This is a patient-centered, common-sense reform. And it happened because someone posted something. Told the truth. Did the right thing. Thank you, Representative Julie Miles and Senator Tim McGough. New Hampshire just set a standard. I hope other states are paying attention. Get involved. Speak up. You never know what good it might do.

It’s obvious now, right? This was never really Republicans vs. Democrats. It’s the ultra-wealthy, intelligence networks, and power structures protecting themselves while the public fights each other.

The next Democratic president should consider Jack Smith or Jasmine Crockett for AG or even SCOTUS. We need people willing to defend the rule of law without fear or hesitation.

ICE rammed a U.S. citizen's car with his infant and toddler inside. They detonated flash-bang grenades. Pointed assault rifles at the family. Filmed the whole thing and posted it online. The man's name is Antonio Valdovinos. He's a carpenter. Born in Long Beach, California. His crime? He attended an anti-ICE protest. A federal judge later ruled the arrest was a "vindictive effort to impose extrajudicial punishment." This is what suppressing dissent looks like when the state has cameras. Who approved this operation?

President Trump, his family, and this Administration are profiting from pay-to-play schemes, accepting gifts from foreign and domestic actors alike. That's why I joined @RepRaskin and @RepJoeMorelle in introducing the Protecting Our Democracy Act to stop this blatant corruption.

Just received an incredible update from Ray, one of our dedicated volunteers tirelessly canvassing for Thomas Massie in Kentucky! 🇺🇸 While canvassing, Ray encountered a local business owner who revealed that he had hosted an event for Massie’s opponent, Ed Gallrein. The event attracted approximately 50-60 neighbors eager to learn more about the candidates. Gallrein, however, only managed to answer two questions before abruptly ending the discussion. This disappointing response left the host and his neighbors feeling disheartened. Consequently, they decided to invite Thomas Massie instead, and the business owner is voting for Massie! By engaging in genuine conversations at each door, we are successfully flipping votes. This is precisely why we remain committed to our cause. Keep up the excellent work, Ray, as we are determined to secure victory in the 4th District!
