Rules we need to revisit in HS hoops:
1) Allow the bench to stand & celebrate.
2) Allow dunks in warmups. If a rim breaks, it was going to in PE the next day anyway. Make up the game. No biggie,
3) If a shirt comes untucked during play, let it go. It has no effect. No biggie.
