Pts in Worcs go to PR and then get signposted to choir along with a menu of interventions inc tai chi.why does it need a head to head with PR? Is it suggested that choir / tai chi etc are alternatives or adjuncts? Elephant in room

@WeAHPs Continue with swimming until the water is 10 degrees, and paddling all winter. Try to do 10000 steps daily which is harder as work is more telephone based.
