hermes agent is not just a coding tool and most people still treat it like one. i have been running it on my single 3090 with qwen 3.6 27b dense and the creative skills are wild.
if you are using hermes only for code, you are using ten percent of what it ships with. the most underrated general agent in open source right now.

I’m working with my team to draft legislation ensuring the White House Ballroom is completed.

Iv tried using API instead of the subscription, and the cost is pretty wild. I blew through $50 in Claude credits in a couple hours of agent use.
Sadly I see the price increasing for the top models, but the good news is that the cheaper models are getting strong enough.
I think we will have all types of options, whether you need the cutting edge, or something just good enough

All kinds of stuff! I have built a command center for my job, that pulls all our ERP data for purchasing and inventory and displays in nice dashboards.
I also built a complete Bill of Lading software for internal use.
On the fun side, this weekend I built a Spotify media player made after the nostalgic 2003 windows media player skin.
Also built a telegram bot that crawls local real estate looking for a certain criteria and scoring each property.
Its really skys the limit! Build whatever you can imagine!
