The IGN review of Mouse PI For Hire is like a parody of game journalists. They gave the game a 6/10 (reminder that they gave Black Ops 7 a 7/10) for the following reasons: -Too many cheese references (in a world of mice) -You kill too many people (yes, really. You kill people in a shooter, what a surprise) -There isn't enough noir (in a game inspired by 1930s Mickey Mouse cartoons) -Too many references to old movies (in a game explicitly inspired by 1930s cinema) -There's too many arenas where you have to kill all enemies (in a fucking boomer shooter) -The game's story is not serious enough to be a true noir (when did the fucking game ever CLAIM to be a true noir? It's a fucking cartoon) This motherfucker seriously looked at a satirical game inspired by 1930s Mickey Mouse cartoons and expected to play LA Noire or some shit. Games journalists are not real people, man.

i was originally not going to speak on this drama directly bc i don’t really enjoy getting involved, but as someone who has had a similar thing happen to me where i was talked to about things in private and then said things became public without my consent, reading her statement made me want to say something you can have your opinion on whether she is wrong or right for staying with him, that’s her own personal choice and the girl has been through enough. don’t try to make it worse just bc she is trying to stay with someone she loves. she’s an adult she can make her own decisions. however, the people who made the doc and video (mal and mujin), have officially been proven to not actually given a crap about the TRUE victim or her feelings at all through his girlfriends statement. contacting her, using your contact as something to validate your claims in a document, and then NOT telling her or asking for her feelings on the matter when you wanted to bring it public, is not something someone who actually cared about the other party would do. even more so that they didn’t reach out to her at all afterwards. they just used her and dipped. i don’t stand for what either party did, i think that he definitely did deserve to get called out considering the amount of people he was talking to, but please for the love of god, if you’re going to make a document about something that involves a real victim, that involves someone who’s emotions are at risk, ask for their consent. otherwise, you’re just proving that you only wanted to use them for twitter likes, and that’s disgusting.

So, - Sykkuno was living with his girlfriend (who he struggled to actually break up with, even though the relationship was already dead) - He didn’t initially tell people who were highly interested in him and actively seeking him out - A ton of people wanted to sleep with him… and apparently wanted to move in after like two days of talking - He cheated on said girlfriend (who, from what Sykkuno himself said in the voice call, was basically a girlfriend in name only—we’ll probably learn more as this unfolds) - The accuser still wanted a relationship with him afterward but got cut out of his life - And then came the very coordinated effort to turn it into a full hit piece against him So… Sykkuno is a cheater and a player. He flirted with and got with consenting adults, but he was living with his kinda-sorta girlfriend and didn’t disclose it—which is nasty He’s an asshole, but calling him “dangerous” or a “predator” is straight-up defamatory. That word is heavily associated with pedophiles in everyone’s minds and feels like an intentional buzzword to sensationalize this and do maximum damage, rather than an actually honest take from the heart What seems to me should be the takeaway: the VTuber space needs to chill on being horny 24/7. We gotta stop ripping our clothes off within days for people we barely know… Streamers in general need to be more professional, and be way more skeptical of other content creators in general. When money and fame are involved, people (women included) are willing to accept or even participate in some wildly sketchy shit because it’s beneficial I’ve seen so much diabolical shit from women and men in this space over the past 5 years—all in the name of pride, greed, lust, envy, etc. It’s not even funny Tons of streamers do predatory shit. Entire careers are built on inherently predatory dynamics for money and clout The problem here is that he cheated on a girlfriend he didn’t have the balls to break up with, and wasn’t completely honest with girls who were seriously interested in him about his situation. Motive seemed lustful in nature—which is something we see everywhere, ESPECIALLY in the VTuber scene, from a lot of women as well. Seems he wasn’t coming from a space of romantic interest. It was just lust from everyone all around He’s an asshole and a player—not a pedophile, not a rapist. He’s an ass and wrong for what he did, but he doesn’t seem to be the only one in the wrong. His girlfriend is the clear victim here, however TONS of streamers (women and men) are nasty and predatory. It should ALL be taken seriously, but it never ever is and likely never will be

They made RESIDENT EVIL 7 about a brand new character who's face we dont even see, set in Louisiana and no Umbrella Corporation. A lot of fans see it as the scariest and one of the best installments of the franchise so can't we just look at Zach Cregger's film in that way? 🤷‍♂️

I can't believe that Nvidia looked at this "AI on top of games filter" and said to themselves this is the future of gaming. Like it or not, this is where Nvidia is heading and they're calling it neural rendering with DLSS 5. The examples they've showed reminded me a lot of those AI generated filter videos on top of GTA V, except that now it is supposed to run in real-time. Honestly, I don't like this current look at all

I’m on Season2 of the live action of One piece and the show has so much heart. I would watch the anime but over a 1,000 episodes is too much of a commitment
