@Ocado Do you have a deadline for getting this done? Shame the system was designed around plastic. Other delivery companies fine with cardboard and paper. When can you start using compostable plastic? Your link doesn’t work.

@CryptosCrusader Yeah, the flux seems the key. I have a decent powerful temp controlled iron. But the flux I have I think is acid-less (is in garage so need to check).

Bought a replacement, 3rd party, battery for my Dyson. Alas it broke as soon as I started using it. Would not switch off. Tore it and original worn battery down. Original (white) much more complex, with individual cell connections.
