What a lot of people fundamentally misunderstand about the Central Government in Nikke is that conventional morality doesn't apply in a post-apocalyptic setting where every decision amounts to a triage Characters are only comically evil from one perspective; else, they're Oswald

@AlinePiroutek @anime_daily I see most people don't know this, this is from bobobo-bo bo-bobo a comedy that really loves to break the fourth wall. So this would be pretty faithful. It's very much in line with the tone of the show.

@BasedLEDA There's no spoilers to the main story. It does connect and allude a bit to the previous event in the library squad, but not so much that it will actually be an issue for you.
