This morning at YVR I met a great group of Americans who had just spent time vacationing in BC and are now on their way to backpack through Europe. They struck up a conversation with me about my tattoos and we ended up chatting and laughing for two hours while we waited for our flights! I couldn’t help noticing that although they said they’re from California, they had Canadian flags sewn on their backpacks, which they said was “because of how embarrassing the U.S. is.” As they said: "Everyone loves Canada!” LOL.
