@BakedJake @stankRat_ Questing is faster if you do it, period. If a player is lower skilled and can't get quests done, they also don't score well enough in Arena to get decent XP, and instead of getting dailies done in 30-45 min, it takes them 2 hours. No one is bad at Tarkov and Good in Arena

I don’t know what corpo shill came up with this bogus terminology, ‘pay for convenience;’ the term is a derivative of P2W and promotes predatory monetization strategies by making the practice seem less intrusive and more accepted. Pay for convenience is pay to win. Unheard edition snowballs so hard now gaining access to max traders in a fifth of the time it takes for someone on a standard account; not to mention +20 Mil (for not having to upgrade their stash), and less tasks required to hit max traders (farming 0.2 more LL). The player skill argument is moot here, too.

@AirwingMarine @stankRat_ Tarkovs entire personality the past years have been limiting and restricting what you can purchase on the market. To be able to bypass restrictions quickly by spending money is the exact definition of P2W and we will never see eye to eye unfortunately.

@AirwingMarine @stankRat_ Also, It doesn't change the fact. Those keys are ONLY obtainable by having a separate game you have to purchase. Its another key you can farm that's locked behind a paywall. It doesn't matter about the items inside, The key itself is locked.

Arena does not speed up progression. It's actually slower than Tarkov hour for hour. The loot in those rooms is good, but it's not the only way to get that loot. There isn't loot ONLY in those rooms. So it's not pay walled. Also, the vast majority of people who play Tarkov got it for free.

@AirwingMarine @stankRat_ Specifially Tarkov Arenas separate game that's not included in the base game that provides additional quest and rewards like Lega Medals that are used to purchase key rooms like Shatuns key and more that are one of the best rooms to farm. Which speeds progression greatly.

@AirwingMarine @stankRat_ Currency that they give insane amounts for free anyways, If you played ABI, You would understand why it didn't matter and they took it away after one season of bad rep anyways. Tarkov locked certain items where you couldn't get it. One is FAR more P2W then the other.

@AirwingMarine @stankRat_ Tarkov is not on the same level of what ABI use to do, It's worse? ABI, The market is open for everyone automatically. In Tarkov, Certain items are locked behind a trader that's unlocked by a separate game you have to purchase, Which also takes time to progress as well.

@stankRat_ It's what I called it, never picked it up from anyone. Just looking for different words to describe different things more precisely. What Tarkov does is not at the same level of what ABI use to do or games like World of Tanks that sell the best ammo for real money only.

A note on our work to combat viewbotting, from CEO Dan Clancy: There’s been a lot of discussion recently about viewbotting on Twitch, and I wanted to share an update on our enforcement efforts. Viewbotting is bad for our business. We don't benefit from it, and we believe it harms the creator ecosystem overall. However, effectively combatting viewbotting is challenging. As we deploy updates to our real-time detection algorithms, viewbotting companies quickly respond with updates to avoid detection. Also, our detection systems must be precise to ensure that legitimate viewers are appropriately counted. Today, we’re introducing a new enforcement type that we plan to roll out over the next few weeks. For channels identified as persistently viewbotting, we will apply a cap to the streamer’s CCV for a fixed period of time, on all of the Twitch surfaces. The cap will be based upon historical data regarding that creator’s non-viewbotted traffic. Repeated violations will result in longer penalties. Streamers will be notified when an enforcement is applied, along with the duration of the penalty, and can appeal through the appeals portal. While streamers will be notified, we will not make a follow-on announcement when we begin issuing these enforcements, and will not publicly share details about when and where these enforcements are applied. Unfortunately, providing details simply makes it easier for companies to work around our interventions. We believe this approach will help us make meaningful progress against viewbotting. We will continue refining our systems and expand when we apply these enforcements over time. - Dan Clancy

@CoxComm Is the worst. Yet again I cant stream because there is to much traffic in my area and they dont want to split the node. If you cant handle giving out that much internet, You shouldn't be selling it. I wish this company would get sued already. FCC complaint time I guess.

@ArenaBreakoutPC Has a couple of Viewbotters in the community and I'm getting sick of it. Thought it would of been taken care of in the background but seems to not be. I'm going to be more Vocal on it. I highly recommend everyone get a view Bot extension and start calling it out.

@ArenaBreakoutPC I let it go on for some time, But at the end of the day, Smaller creators who i want to see shown more get overshadowed by this shit. Cutting the lines stealing the food on the plates of others is fucking sickening. @Gothalion Look into this category please.
