@Balduccis The Hot Bar is terrible! Not gourmet food anymore, the salmon is dry, the yellow rice hard, the brisket hard The prepared food in general terrible, since Safeway bought Balduccis their standard are way low!!

@Balduccis this used to be such a great store. It’s disappointing. The app doesn’t work, the cashier didn’t apply the 10% off, I brought it to her attention, she shrugged and said “it must not have worked”. I call customer service and they say, I can’t do anything over the phone

Witnessed the worst customer service @Balduccis. Managers should learn social skills and customer dealing before getting into such jobs. I really liked @Balduccis but after experiencing such a bad service. I am not comfortable going back there @Balduccis @bethesda
