Hey @amazon – when you ship me the wrong item, it shouldn’t be up to *me* to have to make an effort to return it if I want the correct one and don’t want to be double-charged for it. You’re the ones who fucked up, why is it on me?

@AmazonHelp Frankly, I shouldn’t have to return it at all (though it’s an item that I don’t even want, so…). But making me go to time, effort, and expense to return it when it was *your* mistake isn’t cool.

@AmazonHelp You’re missing the point. You wanted to charge me $7.99 to have a scheduled pick up for an item that *you* sent me incorrectly. Not an item that I ordered and then decided that I didn’t want, but an item that never should have been shipped to me to begin with.

My primary complaint being that they want me to run the item somewhere and drop it off – if I want them to pick it up from me (entirely reasonable under the circumstances, imho), they want to charge me $7.99 for it. Again, @amazon, this was *your* fuck up.

My favorite part of it of course being your threat to charge me for the item if I don’t return it – you don’t even know what the item was! At best, you’ll charge me double for the item that I actually ordered, which was totally different.

Pretty unimpressed with @RoughTradeUS @RoughTrade at this point. Placed an order in May with two pre-order items in it which were releasing in June. Both items were released on schedule. Yet my order still hasn’t shipped, and I’ve received no updates.

Getting really annoyed that so much of the anime content available for purchase on @AppleTV is English dub only (no original audio with subtitles). Worse, it’s not even well labeled that this is the case. Why is that? @Apple @AppleSupport @Crunchyroll

It’s tricky because it’s not so far off that it’s immediately obvious just holding it up and glancing it over. But I put it on and looked in the mirror, and my first reaction was “why does that look lopsided?” Took it off and looked more closely, and then it was obvious.

Great @snowpatrol show tonight, but a little disappointed in how far off-center the printing is on the shirt that I bought. I expect better for $40. Should have looked at it more closely before I bought it I guess, but hard to do that in a merch line crowded with people.

@bokksu @bokksumarket I’m seeing this ad for “Buy 1 Get 1 on all Kit Kats” on your site, but when I click it, it just takes me to the matcha Kit Kat page (no info on the offer), and when I add two to my cart it tries to charge me full price for both. How do I redeem this offer?

Why is the @AppleTV interface for selecting episodes in a TV series so awful? I’m 89 episodes into a series, and every time I go to it I have to scroll through every episode I’ve already watched until I get to the next one. Am I missing something here? @Apple, please fix this!

@bookingcom I just can’t even figure out where these notifications are… Like, I go into messages, view all of them under both property and customer service… and this number still doesn’t go down. Sometimes it seems to go down on its own, and then it goes back up again. It makes no sense.

Why is it so fucking impossible to clear the notifications on the @bookingcom iOS app? Ideally, I’d like to know when there are real messages regarding things that I’ve booked. But it’s impossible to clear out the garbage, so ultimately I’m going to end up just turning them off.
