Same story different month. January it was an hour+ late leaving Roanoke and then an hour + leaving Alexandria. Today… same thing again leaving Alexandria. Why is it so hard to be on time @Amtrak ?

Why why why are you never on time @Amtrak ??45 mins late, 1 Hour late every single time!! I take the same train every other week and it is consistently late in both directions. Why do freight trains take precedent over passenger trains on the shared tracks? I can drive faster!

@Balduccis why do you make it so complicated to use the savings and discounts? Wasn’t a simple phone number enough? And maybe some instructions on what to enter first when trying to use the app and your telephone number at self checkout 🤦‍♀️
