That is just 100% historically inaccurate. Henry was happily married to Catherine. Henry gave up hope that Catherine could produce a male heir after >20 yrs of marriage. It is widely believed that Thomas Cromwell and Thomas Cranmer came up with the BS so Henry VIII could dump Catherine & hook up with Anne Boleyn.

Nobody cares if women work. But MOTHERS should not say to their children “I could stay home and raise you, but I prefer to be at work. I’m going to pay someone $12/hr to raise you instead.” We created a 2 income trap. Pushing moms into the workforce was a mistake we need to fix.

@ana_sol85 @Rach4Patriarchy This means the emotionally unavailable parent has to work hard to be emotionally present for her kids. It’s not all roses - everything worth having is hard. And I’ve never seen a working mother with a dep connection to her kids. Never.

@Rach4Patriarchy I had an honest talk with my kids about why I work and how working is what works for me to be the best mom. They have seen my mom who was a stay at home mom and know the grass isn't greener on the other side. They know that every path has pros and cons.

@taddariusorwell @Rach4Patriarchy And raise your girls right! Children shouldn’t be watching social media and being influenced by their peers - that’s the parents job. I was raised with a narcissistic mother and a largely absent father - If I can do this, anyone can!
