Terrible customer service from @AirIndiaX. I was 5 mins late to the checkin gate to board my flight and the employee very disrespectfully rejected me to enter. I tried asking for a later flight since it was urgent for me to go but the employee did not even take a minute to talk.

@AirIndiaX Came to @IndiGo6E for the next nearest flight. Ironically, found one of the passengers in a similar situation and saw the whole @IndiGo6E team helping them out swiftly. Can only hope for the @AirIndiaX team to learn and atleast start to accept their mistake, let alone work on it.

@BangPrakhar We totally understand your disappointment, Prakhar. Rest assured, your feedback regarding the staff behavior is well noted and has been already forwarded to the concerned team so that this inconvenience is not faced in the future.

@AirIndiaX ...is reinstating the rule. Which is what you are doing here as well. Terrible customer service, twice in a row now @AirIndiaX

@AirIndiaX I am not questioning your policy. But some information or response would have been professional rather than rudely just saying no and asking me to leave. The only justification you give for this unprofessional behaviour...

@AirIndiaX This has been the second time @AirIndiaX has shown no responsibility to bad customer service. Earlier, they had rescheduled and out me on a flight with layover, when infact i had booked a direct one. This, without any intimation or compensation.

After i requested for 15 minutes for some staff to help me, even though the queue was completely empty, @AirIndiaX employees told me you could have still made it if you rushed on priority. This was infact after they themselves did not let me board or help on priority.
