@NaijaFlyingDr OP: Not a sacrifice (No opportunity cost) Juma: You are wrong. It is a sacrifice. (There is an opportunity cost) Dr B: You dont think your wife's contribution is worth anything. This is what you call a non -sequitur. Poor logic.

Then don't let your wife spend it. She should work full time as well. And the kids can be raised by wolves in the forest and become feral children.
Phelix Juma@jumaphelix

@ick_real @NaijaFlyingDr The sacrifice is not in the work. It is in the spending of the money worked for

@jumaphelix @NaijaFlyingDr Her response is a non sequitur. Strong logic my brother - she clearly skipped logic in school. She thinks she is a nerd but real nerds know her logic game is weak.

@NaijaFlyingDr Sacrifice is not a negative word, it’s akin to opportunity cost. Even the wife not going to work when she can in order to take care of the kids, is sacrifice. The sacrifice is not in taking care of the kids, it’s in what else she would be doing instead

@LMcQueen33 @DanTalks1 Honestly. He is the epitome of compounded ignorance. His circle irl must be made up of thoroughbred idiots - thus, in the land of the blind, one eyed man is king. He shares such basic things and beleives he has dropped real insight. The more they cope that Trump is some sort

@DanTalks1 You mean they’re Jews who hate Arabs and think they deserve their land? How many of them signed up for the Iraq war lol. This account really cracks me up.

One thing thats not well known outside of finance circles is how much they hate terrorists. It got really culturally ingrained after 9/11 where large numbers of finance workers died. Ever since then those guys who are naturally aggressive hate them with a fiery passion. Patriots.

@DanTalks1 What objectives have been achieved by the hegemon ? 1. Regime change - No 2. Eliminate missiles - No 3. Funding proxies - No 4. Enrichment - No 5. Hormuz - No 6. Stifling global economy - yes

The "praise be to allah" is so funny man, he knows how to get under everyone's skin. Iran lost the war, now clearing everything up. Letting everyone know who runs the oil market now. (also notice how OPEC has basically no control of it now, its all the US). US remains hegemon.

@iamrildwanbello @yojora @HabuSadeik Presumably the fertilizer highlighted in the graphic is urea. Why doesn't Nigeria use Calcium Ammonium Nitrate much ? I've read some studies that indicate its more effective for the North. Would be interested to hear your take ?

@yojora @HabuSadeik Medium term: address the issue of farm security, input cost (fertilizer and seed), sharing seed and fertilizer is not effective. Just address the market failure that impact what these things cost. Long term: Embrace serious commercial farms estate with solid incentives.

This issue of agriculture ehnn, its an unending debate. I have less knowledge about it, but it seems every policy is being criticised. I think we have done a 360⁰ circle from the last administration ABP program to this one, yet no remarkable success and criticism everywhere. I don't know who to follow and agree with again. Is it the farmers, the government, or I should follow my stomach😭 I need cheap food abeg😭
Dr. Yakubu Sani Wudil@yakubwudil

The FG wanted to crash the price of rice. Instead of subsidizing fertilizers, gasoline, and provide modern farm equipment for our farmers, they decided to offer import waivers, building other country’s economy while our local farmers run at a loss. 1/

Thank you for this analysis chief. This is why I support 100% metering as a means to enhance market liquidity in NESI. Using the data below. If we were only able to bill N744.27bn at a billing efficiency of 81.18%, it means if we had billed at 100% it would have been N916.81bn
Ibrahim ⚡ Energy Consultant@ibroraheem

Here’s the problem: 💡 Billing efficiency: 81.18% 💰 Collection efficiency: 74.39% 📉 ATC&C loss: 39.61% = ₦200.5B This means nearly ₦4 out of every ₦10 generated was lost, either not billed, not collected, or wasted in transmission.

@asemota @markessien Mpesa still have agents where you can withdraw cash. It seems you are confusing two point. 1. Cashless society 2. Mechanism of withdrawing cash ( irrespective of how 'cashless' we have become) The two items don't appear to be in tension with each other

@markessien Dude, we used to queue at call centers to make calls before telcos were licensed. It will die with more investment money coming into financial services with further deregulation.

I believe the POS agent model will die in Nigeria and it will be killed by very basic technology like USSD. The reason why it persists today is a symptom of the lack of capacity of various institutions like local telcos. Some of them will be acquired and recapitalized.

@NagosBigBoi Exactly. Ironically to produce higher quality pms (10ppm)you need more hydrogen. Ask them how much CO2 is emitted during the steam reformation process ? Same applies for the production of ammonia..

@afalli Yes, spot on ! What is your take on the policy direction taken by the CBN ? There seems to be two schools of thought 1. Money supply isn't the problem; increase in MPR is not effective 2. Yes, we are aware of the above but we need to attract FPI in the short run to limit
