Vine had it down and TikTok improved on it. Shorts just doesn’t have the same feel.
I think it’s mainly the sharing aspect. there are no DMs in YT, makes it feel way less fluid when you’re constantly sharing videos.

@omooretweets @pewresearch I think YT Shorts benefits the most. YouTube and TikTok are the closest comps to each other in terms of audience, and majority of TikTok creators will move there.

@danprimack i’ve been wfh the past couple of weeks and i’d much rather be in office. 20 minute slack convos could be over in 2- minutes face to face. I could see certain roles being remote, but anything w lots of syncing is much faster in person.
