@boys_nicholas People like to say they support development but there’s always a reason why they don’t. If the excuse isn’t aesthetics it’s infrastructure or the private field is a crucial local dog walking area. In the end it’s bc they own their home and just don’t want new houses near them.

@boys_nicholas I’ve done over 100 consultations, some on projects that you’ve been on, and better aesthetics helping is a complete myth imo. The evidence you will cite is pointless as respondents always answer that they understand the need for housing but conveniently oppose any near them.
