There’s a conversation happening on TikTok where the girls are finally talking about how a lot of men aren’t actually attractive. Like you go to the grocery store and see a ton of stunning women, but men? You will remember how many months back you last saw a hot man.

@Christy4Change The Bible never says that the Israelites will form a confederation of nations and vote to give the Promised Land to themselves, it does say that Edomites will do that, though. It also says that it pisses God off when they do that.

I saw a woman on TikTok say she was a “good girl” her whole life. Did everything the “right” way. Followed the rules. Kept the peace. Put everyone else first. Now she’s in her 40s and said all she feels like she has to show for it is grief and a lot of built-up anger. And honestly… as a woman in her 20s, I felt that deeply . Because nobody really talks about how being the “good girl” often benefits everyone around you… except the actual good girl. Everyone else gets the patience, the understanding, the sacrifice. And she’s the one left realizing she spent years shrinking herself just to keep everyone else comfortable.

@Just4Tweets1986 The prophets repeatedly said that God never wanted sacrifice, including Jesus repeatedly saying that God desires mercy not sacrifice. So obviously PSA fails on that principle alone.

I'm seriously starting to doubt Penal Substitutionary Atonement. The responses to the objections against PSA have been weak and dismissal. However, I've advocated for PSA for so long, it's hard to change the way I articulate the gospel. This is a total paradigm shift for me.

@zacharyhunt90 If Christians would actually read the Bible every now and then you guys would know how stupid some of the things you say is. Israel and Judah are two separate entities. The Jews are not biblical Israel, they never were.

The church is not the "new Israel." Christians are not the "new Jews." There are Gentile believers in Jesus, and there are Jewish believers in Jesus. This is the church. Israel remains a literal nation of ethnic people who God made an unconditional covenant with, and no man's twisting of scripture will change that. This is the truth.
