I hate travelling when there are multiple games scheduled, but thanks to super efficiency of @VFSGlobal I am travelling back and forth from Darlington to Birmingham for what could have been a simple redirect to new address. Shambolic customer service.

@vfsglobalcare we paid for the express service and you guys send the same emails asking for the same information which I’ve sent across about 8-10 times now with no progression atleast take the time to read the full email instead of just copy pasting the same email to me everyday
