I do think that the Kremlin needs to draw the appropriate conclusions from this "European Political Community" summit, having been held in Armenia, where Russia still has a military base in Gyumri, for starters. Armenia's leader, Pashinyan, who has been sitting on three chairs for most of his time in office (with Russia, Washington, and Brussels), hosted an openly hostile power.
At the same time, the summit was an absolute CLOWN SHOW with its primary goal as PR. For instance, the meeting included Canada, which the EU continually tries to woo, apparently on the basis of some vague and ever-shifting post-Liberal "values," rather than geography, and as an infantile way to challenge Washington.
More laughable yet was the inclusion of the Belarussian "oppositionist" Tsikhanouskaya, who LITERALLY PRETENDS to be the leader of Belarus on social media, as if she's a legitimate decision-maker from that country.
Dictator Zelensky was there too, of course. But he's always paraded like a dog by the Eurocrats, so that's business as usual.

I have watched the Magyar group's video - which is the one I can find from the past two months for "Іскандер" on UKR TG and the hit they 'show' on Iskander storage lacks the cook one would expect from one much less several ballistic missiles cooking off.

As a result of a recent Ukrainian drone strike campaign against Russian Iskander-M launchers and missile storage facilities in Crimea, the number of Russian ballistic missile launches from Crimea have halved. Over the last month, just 4 instances of missiles being launched have been detected. Prior to this, Russia was launched missiles around 8 times per month. Additionally, there hasn't been a single Zircon hypersonic cruise missile launch for nearly 2 months, which were also targeted recently. It's possible that we will see a similar strike campaign against Russian Iskander OTRKs near Mariupol and Donetsk City for the same purposes.

Zelensky officially announced on his page that the Ukrainian navy targeted a tanker with intercontinental ballistic missiles at the entrance to Novorossiysk.

The Associated Press (AP) laments that Ukrainian attacks are causing local damage and creating a stir, but the full economic effect remains "unclear", noting that despite Ukrainian strikes, Russia's oil revenues are increasing.
"It looks spectacular, but it only delays deliveries by a few days," Chris Weafer, head of the consulting company Macro-Advisory, told AP, noting that "US actions against Iran have actually saved the Russian oil sector and the federal budget from a crisis".
Thus, in March, Russia's oil exports increased, and revenues almost doubled to $19 billion.
At this point, Ukrainian attacks are causing more environmental harm than anything else, AP notes.
