@LaymansTermz @AuronMacintyre Without marriage, there will be fewer and fewer children, and this society is going to collapse. If women think they don't need marriage because of the way the system is set up, men will have to break the system... and they can do it. That's the part that you don't understand.

@AuronMacintyre Women don't want to be forced to pick a MARRIAGE just to survive. And the men are BIG MAD about it. You're starting to understand it now.

Dependence is the core of all social structures Men are of course dependent on many things but women, due to the biological vulnerability, were always directly dependent on men Once birth control and abortion made pregnancy a choice instead of an inevitability, the state promised broader physical protection, and corporations provided individual streams of income, women traded their dependence on men for dependence on corporations and the state They functionally the married men of the state and the men running their company and called it liberation Women do not date men who make less than them even if they think of themselves as independent because deep down they know that signals status and protection Even the most competent and independent woman wants a man who could care for her if she became vulnerable With the push to elevate women in education and hiring the majority of degrees and well paying jobs go to women, who are more valuable to employers due their more agreeable nature Women are statistically less likely to ask for raises, raise questions about poor treatment, and oppose their own replacement Men are being systemically removed from the pool of attractive marriage prospects, and this combined with one sided divorce and child custody laws means many stop bothering to try There's a lot of focus from conservatives on telling young men to "grow up, do better, figure it out" Probably good advice for any given individual who can only control what they can control, but its a terrible answer at the level of culture and policy Conservatives don't want to touch this stuff so they blame young man, but the truth is that pharmaceuticals, corporations, the growth of the state, the legal system, and simply the inability to tell women that cubicles will not bring you happiness are just as, or really far more, important

BREAKING: Notice has just been given to Democrats in the Tennessee House that all members of the Democrat Caucus are being removed from all standing committees and subcommittees as a result of their behavior in the statehouse during the redistricting debates last week, which included setting fires inside the Capitol and attacking law enforcement. In the state of Tennessee, political terrorism will not be tolerated. National Republicans take note that this is how you exercise power.

Yes of course I sympathize greatly with the plight of the U.K. The British are a core part of American identity like it or not. Philosphy, Culture, everything. I am British in my roots myself. I consider the resistance to Muslim occupation there a fight for identity itself.

@Rainmaker1973 How are these people who used to work for the logging company supposed to feed their families now?

A billionaire bought a logging company in the Amazon rainforest just to shut it down. Swedish-British billionaire Johan Eliasch has taken a bold, hands-on approach to fighting climate change, shifting from business leadership to direct environmental action. In 2005, he acquired a logging company in Brazil, gaining control of approximately 400,000 acres (1,600 km²) of Amazon rainforest, which he immediately dedicated to preservation by halting all logging operations. This decisive move transformed a potential deforestation site into a protected carbon sink, safeguarding biodiversity on a vast scale. Eliasch's efforts extend far beyond this landmark purchase. He founded the Rainforest Trust, which has helped protect millions of acres worldwide, and co-founded Cool Earth in 2006—a charity that empowers indigenous communities to conserve endangered rainforests. His influence reaches policy and sports: he advised the UK government on deforestation (authoring the influential Eliasch Review in 2008), and as president of the International Ski Federation (FIS) since 2021, he has driven sustainability initiatives, including committing to the Race to Zero campaign to halve winter sports emissions by 2030. Eliasch exemplifies a rising movement among ultra-wealthy individuals who deploy private resources for immediate, impactful climate solutions—bypassing conventional channels to deliver tangible protection for the planet's vital ecosystems.

Look at all the delusional retards singing the praises of a guy who bought a company in an impoverished nation and then fired everyone. Now they have no jobs.

Senator Louise Lucas implies the FBI raid on her office/properties associated with her is politically motivated by the Trump administration. She says, “What we saw fits a clear patten from this administration: when challenged, they try to intimidate and silence the voices who stand up to them.”

@GayBearRes Most people who are poor are bad at making financial decisions There is a lot of cope, rationalizations, and denial around this It's not society, it's not education, it's not someone else's fault, it's just their own bad decisions

@dqveed He didn't murder anyone. He discharged his weapon in the direction of a stupid bitch who tried to run him over. Whatever else he may be, he's still alive, which is more than Renee can say. .... And that's good.

@onlymyopinion32 @WesternLensman You had me in the first half, not gonna lie... It's one thing to say "Would!" and hold the door for her. Saying she has brilliant ideas, but is shitty at delivering them is a bridge too far.

@WesternLensman Ain’t gonna lie, I think that she is truly beautiful. Call me old school Republican if you want, however, I would open a door for her, and call her ma’am. She truly has some great ideas, but I think people are not used to them based upon her delivery.
