@BathwalMayank you’ll guys have to be the worst #CustomerService and not even interested in renewals. Hope @irdaindia takes some concrete steps to an extent of penalising these guys or even better cancel their license.

Since he had insurance from @abcapital we decided to consult with doctors from @abmhpune_ who recommended nephrectomy. A person from Aditya Birla Capital visited Rajdev for KYC and said "aap homepathy se theek kyun nahin karwate?". What Bakwas?!??

Mr Rajdev (runs a plants nursery in Wakad) has been paying his insurance premiums for the past 3 years religiously. In Dec 2022, he had some pain and was diagnosed with PUJO on right kidney. That kidney now needs to be removed.
