This is my justification latter they want from me , but the problem is they still not accepting this justification and keep telling we’re not approve your claim . problem is not claim or refund, the problem is not digesting is they said patient managed on IPD/OPD basis .

Why aditya birla @AdityaBirlaGrp not opens their hospital also so the customer will go to their hospital only so that they will not reject the claim.
They want customer should die in the hospital so that they will processed the claim.
How could they reject the claim ?? The company @abhealthin@mayankbathwal is scammer they just want customers money and when time comes to return them they are rejecting the claim.
We can consider if the amount isvery high so they need explanation and all the things amount is something around 25000only for that also they took justification from our Doctor after that they reject the claim. If they have any issue why they are not talking with doctor directly.
reject the claim stating that the patient was admitted for left knee pain and left hip pain which could be managed on out patient basis, Hospitalization not justified.
Doctor said for to get done with the MRI, sonography and blood test we did that tests. And get treatment of patient. fortunately everything was normal.we got discharge on 16 May.
On 13 May Suddenly My father had started severe left hip and knee pain he was not able to walk even not to seat so we called ambulance and we took him to the doctor, Doctor suggested to get admit and we decided to get admit.
