@FoodFirst_Ty @ketogrillbakery If you want to actually parse this out, I will. It's useful to see how certain foods effects your BG. Higher glucose variability and oscillation is tied to increased CVD even in non-diabetics. I'm an RD, non-diabetic, wear a CGM occasionally. It's very useful info.
