Rebecca Long-Bailey making it crystal clear on #Ridge that Labour could campaign to leave if there is a second referendum if they can get the right deal. Labour just want Lexit. So don’t tell me voting Labour is the best chance of remaining. It really is not.

A weakened PM seems to have buckled and is going to propose a border in the Irish Sea. I try to avoid hyperbole if possible...but if this happens, it means the end of the United Kingdom. First Northern Ireland and then Scotland will go. No genuine Unionist will vote for that.

The clock is ticking for the old Ferney Lee Grammar school building in Todmorden which shouldn't be demolished - it's part of our heritage. But Calderdale Council's excuse is "it's in the contract".
